I don't know of any. But I did not know about any good LyX -> HTML
converter either before starting eLyXer. I am not sure I know one now
after eLyXer :/
Given the structure of eLyXer it would be a lot of effort to build the
XHTML -> LyX conversion process, and given how XHTML is designed, it
would probably leave much to be desired. In particular, conversion
from HTML formulae to LaTeX would surely be disastrous; although
MathML might improve the situation, it is still not widely supported.
For now I am afraid that the LyX -> HTML conversion is one way.
