Any adjustments or investigations needed for EMBA pipelines?

This is really just a check-in as I don't know how (or how often) 
the pipeline results are being used.

The timeout failures are still happening sometimes for tests, but 
some of the time the builds are completely green. Does anyone want 
me to look into any of this?

For example the crontab config seems intended to keep runner 
containers for a little while after termination, and I would guess 
that's for investigation.

Also all builds have been completing normally in other respects 
for a while now, but it's not blisteringly fast. Is the current 
situation "good enough"?

And so on for anything else anybody might want me to attempt.
