Further to this, the docker overlay storage on emba-runner has 
been rebuilt from scratch and everything seems to be working.

This means two things: 1) we should not have any diskspace 
problems for some time, and 2) the container environment for 
builds and tests is clean, which might make problem investigation 
easier.
