        (gdb-display-inferior-io-buffer)
        (gdb-frame-inferior-io-buffer): New Functions to control
        display of separate IO buffer.
        (menu): Add them to menu-bar.
        (gdb-display-buffer): Check for buffer in another frame.
        Protect GUD buffer.
        (gdb-setup-windows): Create IO buffer if not already there.
        (gdb-memory-mode): Remove purecopy noops.
