        (Man-bgproc-sentinel): Check here for failure to find
        any man page in the output, and report the error here.
        (Man-arguments): Make it permanent local.
        (Man-goto-page): New arg NOERROR.  Never kill the current buffer.
        (Man-mode): Pass t for NOERROR.
