I am Mr. MARTINS  PAUL,  Lawyer by 
profession. I was the personal  
attorney to late Mr. Hassan Balhas 
Ghadar, a Lebanese. He was a  
Seasoned Contractor with Benin Cement 
Company in Benin Republic., who  
unfortunately died in the plane crash 
of Union Transport Africaines  
Flight Boeing 727 in Cotonou, Benin 
republic on the december 25,2003.

the 25th 
December 2003,

my client, his wife and  their three children were 
involved in the    
crash  and   since  then I have made several 
enquiries to there   
embassy  to locate any of my clients extended 
relatives but  this has  
proved unsuccessful.


 I have decided to 
contact you, in other  to assist in repatriating the money and property 
left behind by  my  client before they got confiscated or declared  
unserviceable by the  bank, Particularly, the Finance  Company where 
the deceased had an  account valued at  about US$8.5 Million Dollars. 
they bank has issued  me a notice  to provide the next of kin or have 
the account   confiscated within a short period of time.


Since I have 
been unsuccessful in locating the  relatives for over 3   
years now I 
seek your consent  to present you as the next of kin of  
the deceased 
with all the legal claims documents. ,we  share the  money, on the 
ratio of50% for me, and 50% for you.
