                (org-read-date-get-relative): Leading +/- is not optional.
                (org-agenda-get-restriction-and-command): Always resize window 
on
                first loop cycle.
                (org-agenda-open-link): Make sure the link abbreviations are
                present in the agenda buffer.
                (org-agenda-copy-local-variable): New function.
