At http://emacsbugs.donarmstrong.com/, there's a big line of linked text
at the top, saying "How to report a bug in Emacs" and pointing to:
http://emacsbugs.donarmstrong.com/Reporting
However, I think the page was just copied without modification from
http://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting. There is nothing Emacs-specific
in the instructions -- they're all about Debian GNU/Linux.
I'd just file a bug on this, but... see above :-).
Don, I guess this is easier for you to fix than anyone else?
