semantic/cedet/wisent/javat-wy.el has coding issues, because of this line:

     ("char" summary "Integral primitive type ('^@' to '\357\227\227')
(0 to 65535)")

so on Windows it is decoded as "=(Unix)" (i.e., no-conversion, LF),
and does not compile:
