another customize-themes nitpick

Turning on a theme, and then turning it off again (both via the
M-x customize-themes interface) leaves the cursor color set to whatever
the theme set it too.

[This is particularly a problem if the theme happened to reverse the
background color from normal, because the re-colored cursor may then be
almost invisible on the default background.]
