I've been meaning to say: release tarfiles will continue to contain
src/config.in, exactly as they do now. So you don't actually need to
change anything msdos-related for releases. You will only need to make a
change for building the msdos build from bzr. config.bat should use
src/config.in if it exists, otherwise build-aux/config.in (or wherever
the file ends up living).
