Trunk revision 108376 extends mouse support on MS-Windows text-mode
console (under -nw command-line option), to include mouse highlight,
help-echo, and mouse-autoselect-window.
I don't know how many people here use -nw on Windows, but if you have
a few moments to spare, I'd appreciate if you test the new features
and report any problems you see.
