Hi!
I would like to sign the FSF copyright assignment to be a little more
involved in Emacs (submit bug fixes to start with).
The thing is that as I don't live in the US (I'm a french citizen but I
currently live in Sweden), it looks like I cannot do that
electronically.
Could someone help me with the process?
