Thanks for reporting this.

    > ebdb-i18n-chn    # needs "pyim"
    > helm-ebdb        # needs "helm"

Those should be removed.

    > org-edna         # needs "org 9.0.5"

Perhaps that's a bug in the package handling code
rather than a problem with that package itself.
