I'm hoping to get my startup time at least under 1 second, say 0.7 or
0.8 seconds. I used to have it under half a second, but that doesn't
seem possible on the Emacs Mac Port given that `emacs -Q' is already 0.5
seconds. Of course, I would be most happy if I could somehow make that
happen.
