I obviously meant -Q, sorry.
Sorry, my fault -- -Q is for quick, -q is for no .emacs. But then it
still doesn't make sense, if you start with -q then you get a "wizard
screen" -- the whole point was to not get it anything different.

No, it is the same splash screen -- just one message more or less
(like for file recovery).
