PATCH: e-macs, electronic macs

I, like others I've spoken to, were confused by the casual shorthand
of emacs. I'm proposing extending it to the more formal e-macs to
avoid this sort of confusion for new users in the future. Attached is
the diff of the change. After review and discussion, can you send me
the copyright assignment?
