Remove ls-lisp time-related functions that duplicate standard functions.
* lisp/ls-lisp.el (ls-lisp-time-lessp, ls-lisp-time-to-seconds): Remove.
(ls-lisp-handle-switches): Use time-less-p.
(ls-lisp-format-time): Use float-time.
