* doc/emacs/picture-xtra.texi (Basic Picture): C-a does get remapped.
* lisp/textmodes/picture.el (picture-motion, picture-motion-reverse)
(picture-self-insert, picture-tab-chars): Doc fix.
(picture-mode-map): Fix C-a, C-e.
