Thanks for the advice.  I'll use the macro way like the one I
added in the past as `message-called-interactively-p'.  It breaks
the byte-code compatibility, but it will not be a matter probably.
I've never tried Gnus compiled by a different Emacs version though.
If anything, I don't want to use such one.
