    xref-prompt-for-identifier: Use a list value
    
    * lisp/progmodes/xref.el (xref-prompt-for-identifier): Allow list
    value, to be interpreted as a list of commands.
    (xref--prompt-p): New function.
    (xref--read-identifier): Use it.
