Pass lambdas to `skeleton-read'
* lisp/skeleton.el (skeleton-read): Allow PROMPT to be a function.
* lisp/textmodes/sgml-mode.el (sgml-attributes, sgml-value): Pass
lambdas to `skeleton-read' (bug#20386).
