Avoid compilation warnings on MS-Windows
* src/w32term.c (w32_read_socket): Avoid compiler warnings about
parentheses around assignment.
* src/w32fns.c (w32_createwindow): Remove unused variable
dwStyle. Use "|=" where appropriate.
