    Turn off bytecode jumptables to avoid Bug#36447
    
    * lisp/emacs-lisp/bytecomp.el (byte-compile-cond-use-jump-table): Set
    to nil.  We can turn this back on again when Bug#36447 is solved and
    we handle dumped hash tables correctly.
