    Optimise assoc and rassoc with symbol key to assq and rassq
    
    This is the same transformation made for member to memq.
    
    * lisp/emacs-lisp/byte-opt.el (byte-optimize-assoc): New function.
    (assoc, rassoc): Set the byte-optimizer property.
