Bind `M-o' in html-mode and enriched-mode
* lisp/textmodes/enriched.el (enriched-mode-map): Actually define
the `M-o' face map.
* lisp/textmodes/sgml-mode.el (html-mode-map): Ditto (bug#50616).
* lisp/textmodes/sgml-mode.el (html-mode): Adjust doc string.
