    Ignore more events in input-pending-p

    * src/keyboard.c (readable_events)
    (kbd_buffer_store_buffered_event): Use 'is_ignored_event' to
    decide whether the input event is to be ignored.
    (is_ignored_event): New function.
    (syms_of_keyboard) <input-pending-p-filter-events>: New variable.
    Patch from Aaron Jensen <aaronjensen@gmail.com>.
