Fix manual documentation of Gnus tool bars
* doc/misc/gnus.texi: The options `gnus-use-toolbar',
`gnus-toolbar-thickness', and `gnus-summary-mail-toolbar' no longer
exist. Other options in this section have been renamed from "toolbar"
to "tool-bar".
