    doc/org-manual.org: Remove term "foreign buffer"
    
    doc/org-manual.org: Change "Export in Foreign Buffers" to "Export
    Region", replace phrase "foreign buffers" with"non-Org buffers",
    clarify explanation of the export region functions.
