bug#68661: 30.0.50; ERC 5.x: erc-cmd-LASTLOG prepends an unwanted space

  4. Notice "<bob> alice: hi" appears among the results in the Occur
     buffer but not "<alice> bob: hi" (unlike when entering RET LastLog
     RET with point over any "alice")

Hints:

- What accounts for the discrepancy in 4?

- How does ERC know to parse a given "slash command"'s arguments?
