Note: there is a bug in the docs for org-protocol.el. I have fixed that,
but it takes ages to see the changes on gtihub sometimes...


The correct command line for testing is:

  emacsclient 
org-protocol://store-link://http:%2F%2Flocalhost%2Findex.html/The%20title
