One technical question. Why do the flow of the slides sometimes change from L→R to T→B? It's quite confusing and makes it hard to go back and forth between slides (IMO of course). None of your slides seem optional.
That is reveal.js standard, left to right are "sections" and top to bottom are slides. It is good if one has to go back to a slide, you can press ESC and see the sections and search for the slide. To pass the slides you can use SPACE, which goes top to bottom and them right when there are no more slides below.
