For those still having this issue.
I do confirm this solves the problem that occurred upon upgrading Org
via ELPA on 64-bit MS Windows build of Emacs 24.5.1 maintained by Chris
Zheng.
I deleted and recompiled both ob-core.elc and ob-R.elc .
