I'm interested.  I've thought of proposing something similar, yet hesitated to 
because topics and decisions made in a video chat wouldn't be captured on list. 
 To me, that record is important.

FSF associate members have access to a FSF hosted Jitsi instance.  I'm an FSF 
associate member and could host it using that if I'm able to make the time.
