I have noticed two issues during testing:

- a warning on 'make':

  Compiling single /Users/salutis/src/org-mode/lisp/org-table.el...
  In orgtbl-to-generic:
  org-table.el:5843:14: Warning: Unused lexical variable 
‘org-export-replace-macros’

- a failure on 'make test':

  FAILED  test-org-table/to-generic  "Undefined Org macro: macro; aborting"
