Yeah. The second patch is an alternative instead of the first patch.

This is at least an improvement.
These warnings indicate a problem, but a less serious problem compared
to the original "Invalid search bound" where the actual in-buffer cache
got corrupted.

I have installed my pach on bugfix for now, although it is not the
complete fix.
