I don't know much about character sets and coding systems, so I'm
sure my ignorance is showing here.
When I insert an accented character (say, C-x 8 ' e) into a Wiki file,
it looks fine in Emacs. But when published, Firefox displays it as a
box containing the letters "F F F D".
Do I need to get Emacs to encode these characters using Unicode (or
maybe just HTML entities)? If so, how?
