Talk title: How to built an Emacs 2: Revenge of the Lem

Talk description (<= 500 words):

Two years ago in the EmacsConf of 2021 I talk about how to build an Emacsy editor, some strengths/weakness of GNU Emacs
and some project/ideas on how a "better" Emacs can be built.

Two years later, I want to share my experience developing CEDAR, some problems that I encountered regarding Emacs Lisp and my current support for Lem (https://lem-project.github.io/lem-page/), a true Emacs in Common Lisp.

Format: 20 minutes

Introduction for you and your talk (<= 100 words):

I'm Fermin MF, I'm a Software Engineer from Spain with interest in Emacsy editors.

The idea of the talk is to highlight the IDEA of "an Emacs", explain some of the highlights of Lem and how really close is to GNU Emacs, some demos about this relatively new editor and how it can be used to develop software.
