[Emacsweblogs] update to weblogger.el

I've made a couple of minor changes to xml-rpc.el and weblogger.el that 
should eliminate some problems.  Specifically, implemented xml-print 
when it wasn't already defined, tested against LiveJournal's blogger api 
implementation and fixed a few other miscelaneous problems.

Let me know if this helps with any problems you were experiencing.
