AFAIK, blogger no longer uses the Blogger API.  The GData API has to be
used instead.  For this, T.V. Raman's module would probably be what you
want (http://www.blogger.com/developers/api/1_docs/).

I would love to be able to integrate the GData API code into
weblogger.el, though.
