Hello,

When I try to install emms, I get the following message (using C locale):

# apt-get install emms

This problem arises because emacs21 does not provide url.el whereas
xemacs21 provides it and because I don't have installed w3-url-lisp. A
quick workaround is to install this last package.

I would suggest to either add a dependency on "w3-url-lisp | xemacs21"
or use the same trick as in bug #237183 (I don't know if using url is a
key feature of emms or not).
