> Makefile uses `INSTALLINFO = /usr/sbin/install-info > --info-dir=$(INFODIR)' to set path to install-info program. On Cygwin > that does not work because install-info is located in /usr/bin. I've fixed this in the git repo. Can you please check? (I don't have access to a machine with Cygwin.) -- "Cut your own wood and it will warm you twice"
