[emms-help] Emms 5.1 released

I'm very happy to announce the release of Emms 5.1. A message has been
sent out to the info-gnu mailing list, the git repo has been tagged
"5.1", the GNU software servers have been updated with the latest
tarball, and the website (including online manual) has been updated as
well.

I would like to thank everyone who reported bugs, sent in patches, and
outright added lots of new code.

Now is the time to commit code you want people to hammer on for the next
six months without having to be too concerned that it breaks
something. If people want stable they can just grab the 5.1 tarball.
