The standard setup file for Emms is emms-setup.el. In order to make it
easier for anyone to use your extension, please send in a patch to
emms-setup.el. The patch should add your extension to the appropriate
"setup level". Looking at emms-setup.el and the manual it is pretty
straightforward to find out which.

When you feel that the extension is solid enough for general use (it
might be already), you can move it from the emms-devel setup level up
into the emms-all setup level.

Finally, when you feel like the user interface is stable, drop me a
line and I'll add your extension to the Emms manual.

Other than that... sign the FSF papers so we can change the line:
