Following José's suggestion I generalized this adding one code block per
generated C file.  The new block namess are:

* initial-vm1-c
* initial-vm2-c
* initial-vm-main-c (alias: initial-vmmain-c)

Jitter new tag v0.9.215.  Submodule updated in poke.
