[Erw-devel] Completely revamped beta

I don't know if anyone used the last beta, but there were a lot of
problems.

I have replaced it with a new archive, always at
http://erw.dsi.unimi.it/ERW-0.9.8b.tar.gz

But there are big news: ertool now can generate default forms for you!
With --default-forms one form will be generated for each type, and you
can play around with it. Once you're done, you can generate your forms
with --forms, and (this is the nice part) checkERW.php now understand
forms and will check for you that nothing was left out, or that you did
not use incompatible types.

I have added a <style> element to erf: you can add style information
easily in this way.
