Dear all,
according to the decisions taken during last ESPResSo meeting, I have
started going through the whole code to rename, according to a unique
scheme, the functions that parse tcl commands. This means that, as
soon as the patch will be accepted, basically everybody will have to
merge some code. In principle, the merge should not be too much
problematic, and I hope it can be handled automatically by git in most
cases. Still, some less lucky people will have to manually fix the
code. I apologize in advance.
Preliminary versions will be made available soon on
https://github.com/Marcello-Sega/espresso branch "naming_convention":
you can try to merge from there, and check whether it goes smooth or
not; in any case please contact me and tell me the outcome of your
tests.
Stay tuned and wait for the announcement of the new patch!
Cheers,
Marcello
