[Espressomd-maintainer] [espresso] Doc and failing rhomboid testcase (#15)

Added documentation for the compiler switch 'LANGEVIN_PER_PARTICLE' and added 
the requirement for ADResS to be off to the rhomboid testcase.

* Jenkins (the build server) discovered a segfault in combination with ADResS. 
Olaf discovered the solution: ADResS in general doesn't work with constraints. 
Added the requirement 'ADResS off' to the rhomboid test script.
