[Espressomd-maintainer] [espresso] Test original lb (#21)

This fixes the  LB errors in make check, hopefully there are no more bugs but 
will test some more.

* Fixed a bug where ghost particles were incorrectly taken into account in 
lb.tcl.  Also fixed lb_stokes_sphere.tcl so the test works, although it now 
takes considerable amount of time.
* Reduced sphere radius in stokes_sphere test to speed make check.
