[Espressomd-maintainer] [espresso] FCS autocorrelation function + a few minor fixes to the correlator and its docs (#31)

I keep getting failure of testcases=dielectric_test.tcl upon make check, but I 
assume that 

invalid command name "dielectric_wall"

has nothing to do with my changes.
